Easter people; Blue ribbons; Rose is Seven!!!

Welcome All! Now that I've picked up a photography hobby I thought I'd start a family blog to keep photos from our goings-on to share with friends and family near and far. I don't plan to wax-poetic...mostly just give you quick updates and a glimpse into what's been going on. I hope to spruce this page up one of these days--but for now, without further adieu: here is
SON OF THE DANUBE!!!!!!!!!!!!*

This batch has Easter morning. Following in the Wright family tradition, the four kids had to hunt for their Easter basket, although Luke's was not too hard to find. Friday of Easter week was History Fair at school. Joe was Hannibal Barca and Rose was St. Rose of Lima. Lastly you'll see pics from Rose's 7th. The extravaganza is still going on as her "friends" party isn't until Saturday. She's a lucky seven year old and we're just as lucky to have her.

Hope you're all well. Enjoy the photos. Oh, and the last one is my favorite. That's Jeston and Peter--and you don't want to mess with them!

*When Rob and I were dating he told me Dunikoski meant "Son of the Danube" (I assume that is in Polish.) I have never verified this but I do think it has a ring to it.
